Vivekananda Skill & Livelihood Development Foundation is a non-profit organisation incorporated under Section 8 of the Companies Act, established with a clear mandate for educational enhancement, skill training, livelihood creation, and grassroots human development.
The Foundation envisions an India where every individual, regardless of their background, has access to quality learning and viable livelihood opportunities. Under its aegis, the Vivekananda Council of School Education (VCSE) was instituted as a dedicated specialized body to guide, support, and uplift school education.

Educational Advancement
To sponsor, establish, and support educational programs, curriculum frameworks, and school academic councils across diverse communities.
Skill Development & Vocational Training
To bridge the gap between classroom instruction and employability through hands-on technical, vocational, and digital literacy initiatives.

The Foundation is strictly a not-for-profit organisation operating in accordance with Section 8 corporate governance norms. All operational surpluses and contributions are ploughed back into educational curriculum design, student aid, teacher training, and institutional development.
